Most property conversations in Kenya already happen on WhatsApp, so that is where this works too. Send the details of the property in a message and the listing is built from that conversation — no form, no account set up before you can start, nothing to download.
It is the same listing a web form produces. It shows up in the same searches, on the same suburb pages, and you can manage it from either side afterwards — including taking it down the day the property goes.
The same is true in the other direction. A renter who finds your property can ask to be answered on WhatsApp, and that is where their enquiry reaches you — so the conversation starts in the place both of you were already using.

- How do I advertise my property in Kenya?
- Two ways, and both end in the same place. Message us on WhatsApp and we will take the details in conversation, or create the listing yourself on the web. Either way it appears in search and on the suburb page it belongs to.
- Can I advertise on WhatsApp instead of the website?
- Yes. You can send the property details over WhatsApp and have the listing created from that conversation, without filling in a web form. It is the same listing either way, and you can manage it from either side afterwards.
- How do renters contact me?
- A renter who opens your listing sends an enquiry and chooses how they want to be answered — email or WhatsApp. You get their message, their name and the channel they asked for, so the first reply goes where they are already looking.
- What do I need before I can list?
- The suburb, what it costs, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, and at least one photograph. The suburb and the price matter most: they are what renters filter on, and a listing missing either is hard to surface for the searches it should win.
- Can I take the advert down once the property is taken?
- Yes. You can deactivate a listing or mark it as rented at any time, from the web or over WhatsApp. The page stays reachable for anyone holding the link, but it stops competing in search for a property you can no longer offer.
